Domain is pleased to announce the launch of Suburb TV, a significant innovation in vendor engagement which will provide agents with further opportunities to connect with Australian home buyers.
Suburb TV provides agents with the ability to showcase their local area via video, giving buyers a tour of what could potentially be their new neighbourhood. Agents now have a new way to engage with potential home buyers in their local areas in a way that builds a sense of familiarity, reliability, and trust among vendors.
Suburb TV will also provide agents with an opportunity to stand out from their competitors whilst communicating with vendors in a new and innovative format.
Embedded within the Domain.com.au search results pages, Suburb TV gives agents the opportunity to take home buyers on a tour of a suburb they might be considering for a home or investment. It lets agents position themselves as the face of a neighbourhood, build their brand, illustrate the breadth of their local expertise and their agency credentials.
Suburb TV will be able to offer more possibilities for agents to provide property buyers, with insight into their local market direct from their local agent and will be updated monthly to remain up to date and relevant.
The launch of Suburb TV follows recent strong growth for Domain.com.au with UBs up 23 per cent year on year during December 2010.* Page impressions also reached a record high of 266 million in December last year*. Engagement continued to increase in January, with page views per visit and visit duration increasing by 11 per cent and 10 per cent respectively.*
