Di Jones Short Term rentals expands into Melbourne

Di Jones Real Estate have announced that they are expanding their short term rental, corporate and holiday business into Melbourne.

"We have an enormous number of guests who stay at our properties in Sydney asking us whether we have any properties for them to stay in when in Melbourne. Up to now we have only been able to accomodate them in our Sydney properties however have decided that the expansion into Melbourne is an exciting opportunity and one that allows us to even better service the needs of our guests" says Tracey McArdle, division manager of the short term rental team.

Along with Susannah Anderson, Managing Director of Di Jones Real Estate, Tracey McArdle will be in Melbourne on June 21st to meet with property owners interested in having Di Jones Real Estate manage their property on a short term lease basis.

Our guests come from many sectors of the community. We have members of theatre productions, corporate stays, holidayers from interstate and overseas, families and individuals needing to stay in the city to be near local hospitals, and individuals needing temporary accomodation whiel making renovations to their own homes.
