Di Jones Real Estate short term executive leasing manages short term, fully furnished executive accommodation in Sydney, Australia. We lease fully furnished apartments and houses to accommodate visitors to Sydney for any length of stay.

Di Jones Real Estate has been leading the growing niche market for fully furnished accommodation for over ten years. Our market is predominately film casts and crew, corporate and international guests looking for the privacy and high standard of service that Di Jones Real Estate guarantees.

The majority of our short term, fully furnished properties span from the Sydney CBD (inner city), Eastern Suburbs and to the beaches of Sydney including world famous Bondi Beach, Tamarama, Coogee, Bronte and Clovelly.

Short term executive accommodation is available on a weekly and monthly basis and rental rates vary according to the length of stay and the property required. Prices start from $600.00 per week for a one bedroom apartment (please note that all rental rates on this website are in Australian Dollars), depending on the features of the accommodation and the length of stay. All guests have the option of viewing and selecting accommodation varying from fully equipped one, two and three bedroom properties to luxurious spacious homes. Booking involves the signing of a lease agreement and the payment of a deposit and booking fee. All of the properties Di Jones Real Estate manages are fully equipped and furnished, and include linen (additional Cost).

Weekly cleaning services can be arranged through our office at an extra cost (price depends on size of property booked), this service includes fresh linen, towels, facewashers etc.
