Anna Egri is a HR and workplace relations specialist. As Di Jones’ Human Resources, Governance and Compliance Manager, she’s the agency’s go-to expert for all things relating to employee management, workplace relations and compliance with employment and real estate industry laws.
Armed with a Bachelor of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and Business majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Anna’s strength lies in the depth of her knowledge and understanding of the workplace relations framework that applies to the real estate industry.
Prior to joining the Di Jones team, she was a Senior Workplace Relations Advisor for the Real Estate Employers’ Federation – a role that saw her advising agencies across New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland about a wide range of workplace relations, human resources and compliance issues. Anna brings the wealth of experience she gained in this role to her position at Di Jones.
Responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and bridging the gap between management and employees, Anna always maintains a keen focus on achieving successful outcomes. A problem solver and creative thinker by nature, she’s no stranger to managing complex situations and prides herself on providing strategic solutions that achieve the best result for both the business and clients.
A team player with a positive personality, Anna’s enthusiasm, dedication and motivation to achieve best practice outcomes are in line with Di Jones’ position as an industry-leading agency and make her a vital member of the team.
Anna is also a committee member on the Real Estate Employers’ Federation (REEF) Committee of Management.
