Brad commenced his commercial Real Estate career with Commercial Penrith, part of the competitive Western Sydney Industrial market.
Relocating to the Central Coast in 2004 Brad entered the local market with industry experience but very limited local knowledge.
Constant door knocking and working the basic real estate principles saw the knowledge grow quickly and many strong relationships nurtured with owners, purchasers, tenants and office colleagues. Over a decade on and Brad continues to be at the forefront of the local market with some 350 local transactions completed and numerous awards recognizing the level of success achieved.
“I have been very lucky to work with some amazing people in my career and this has been a big part of achieving the success I have enjoyed.”
Concentrating on Commercial Sales and Leasing on the Central Coast, Brad has a very sound knowledge of the local market trends and expectations as well as a wealth of historical data to share with his clients. A strong emphasis on trust and ensuring that the client’s needs are the number one priority has been the catalyst to why Brad has clients coming back again and again.
Weekends are filled with kid's sport, hacking around Toukley Golf course and volunteering. “If you ever want to get me talking, just ask about park run. My wife Naomi created Mt Penang park run and then together we were able to bring The Entrance park run to life. It’s such a great event that creates and embraces community spirit. To see more than 160 people every week making the effort to get out of bed and get moving on a Saturday morning and come to an event you started is very humbling.”
If you are up early enough Brad can be found on the sand at Shelly Beach with the family’s beloved dog Stella. “Rain, hail or shine, it is a great start to the morning. We live in such a beautiful place, and spoilt with gorgeous beaches, how can you not enjoy.”
