Location: The location of the property is a key factor in determining its value. Properties located in desirable areas such as close to the city centre, near public transport, or in areas with good schools, parks, and amenities are often more valuable than those in less desirable locations.
Size and Features: The size of the property and its features such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and car spaces, the quality of the finishes, and the condition of the property can all impact its value. Properties that offer more space and desirable features generally have a higher value.
