We’ve searched high and low and rounded up the best local Easter Egg hunts for the family this weekend!
From the eastern suburbs, inner west, north shore, northern suburbs and southern highlands… find out where you can send the kids off for some egg-cellent fun!
Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel Egg Hunts.
Face painting, crafts, hot cross bun making and daily Easter egg hunts at Robertson Park (from 1pm) are just a few highlights of what you can expect at Watson Bay this weekend.
Bring your snorkel and swimmers on Easter Sunday for a special Aqua Egg hunt at 12pm!
Keep an eye out for the Easter Bunny who will be visiting to see how the egg collecting is going, there will be chocolate surprises for everyone!

Easter Trail at Vaucluse House
Get in quick as there are only a few tickets left!
The Sydney Living Museum at Vaucluse House is hosting an Easter-inspired kids trail this Easter Sunday.
With a load of activities to participate in, from egg rolling to egg hunting, egg and spoon races, hot cross bun ingredient challenge and a real baby chick hunt (not for eating!).
There will be an Easter inspired tinkering station and the opportunity to explore the house or around the kitchen gardens and meet the Kindi Farm's feathered friends.
Collect your chocolate treat after the trail and make a day of it and picnic on the lawn or grab a bite to eat at the tea rooms.
Note: this is for children 4+.
Where: Vaucluse House, Wentworth Road, Vaucluse.
When: Sunday 1 April 2018, 10am - 2.30pm; Start times are every 30 minutes between 9am and 1.30pm.
Cost: $12 per participant, or $38 for a family of four; each child must be accompanied by a paying adult.

The Grounds – Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt and Giant Easter Egg Cracking.
There are 15,000 eggs waiting to be found this year throughout The Grounds of Alexandria’s laneways and gardens. Partnering with Cadbury’s this year sees the event being bigger and better than ever.
There will also be three golden eggs this year to find with the lucky hunters winning a prize each to go home with.
Towering over 3 metres tall and made of over 500kg of chocolate is The Grounds famous giant Easter egg! They’ll be cracking it open on Easter Sunday to share it with the community.

The Great Tramsheds Easter Hunt.
This is the Tramsheds first ever Easter Hunt! Collect a hunting basket from the Tramsheds Easter Hunt stand and head off on your search to find some of the 100 ceremic bunnies scattered through the centre.
Find one of the ten special pink bunnies and make sure you collect your delicious Easter prize.
Make sure you check out Messina;s Yolk's On Us range - three new gelato creme egg flavours, a take on the childhood classic!

Easter in the Hills. Baulkham Hills Community Centre.
Meet the Easter Bunny, participate in an Easter Egg Hunt, get a new look at the Crazy Hair Station, get your face painted, make some crafts there is so much fun for the little ones at this event!

Easter Bunny Steam Train
Up for something different this Easter Sunday? Head to the NSW Rail Museum and book a ticket on the Easter Bunny Steam train! A 45 minute ride from Thirlmere to Buxton (return) with the Easter Bunny!

Burrawang Easter Markets
This Easter Saturday the famous Burrawang Easter Markets are on again!
The streets will be transformed with over 160 stalls featuring local wares, produce, arts & crafts and more.
With rids for the kids in the grounds of Burrawang Public School there is plenty to see and do.
