Godfrey Franz

Godfrey has over 40 years experience in Australia in the Banking, Finance and Property industries.

Originally an Accountant and Auditor, in 1984 Godfrey migrated to Australia and initially spent a few years with Westpac Investment banking and a private investment bank.

After some years in managing two private businesses and managing his own family-owned multi-tenant industrial complex some 20 years ago Godfrey became a licensed agent focussed on the Commercial, Industrial and Development sites sector. Godfrey has lived on the coast for over 25 years and as agent has helped transact numerous properties from Forster through to Newcastle and Gosford and many in the Sydney basin.

Godfrey also has over 15 years experience serving on the committee of a large Commercial Strata Body as treasurer and BMC representative and helped clear and process some complicated strata approvals.
