Finalists For The REB Awards 2018

DiJones has been recognised as a finalist across five categories for one of Australia’s most coveted real estate industry awards.

The brand, which has four offices, has been shortlisted for the Real Estate Business Awards for Boutique Network of the Year – 39 or less offices and Training and Education Program of the Year, while Rob Ward has been shortlisted for Principal of the Year – Metropolitan, Jane Schumann for Sales Campaign of the Year and Caitlin Ellis for Office Administrator of the Year.

“It is an outstanding achievement for DiJones to be recognised as a finalist for the REB Awards. Our commitment to education and training is at the heart of our agency and it is exciting to have this acknowledged,” DiJones CEO Rob Ward said.

“As a boutique network we are striving to help consumers make decisions about their most valuable asset and being shortlisted is wonderful for our team of dedicated real estate professionals.

“It’s exciting to see Jane Schumann’s Sales Campaign for the penthouse at the Macleay Regis shortlisted. The outcome was exceptional with over 250 groups through and 21 contracts issued. After 28 days on market and with a price guide of $6 million, the unique property sold for $8,750,000.

“Our support staff play a key role and Caitlin Ellis has again showed that she is at the top of her field after being shortlisted for the second year in a row,” Mr Ward said.

REB Managing Editor Tim Neary said the REB Awards is the biggest event of the year in Australian real estate and is a benchmark for success.

“The awards are the most sought-after business awards for the real estate industry in Australia,” Mr Neary said.

“It is a great way to recognise the industry’s high-performance agents, property managers, BDMs and businesses, those who are able to flourish in the face of the industry’s ongoing challenges.”

Mr Neary said the REB Awards recognises and rewards those who are driving real estate in Australia into the future.

The winners will be announced at The Star, Sydney on Thursday, 19 July 2018.
