Eligible entrants:
1. Entry is only open to residents in the regions detailed in the table below who are 18 years and over and own at least one (1) residential investment property in any region in the table below:

No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online, there is no additional cost to enter the Promotion other than any cost paid by the entrant to access the website or social media platform of entry via their Internet service provider.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete all the following steps during the Promotional Period of 3 October 2022 and 10 December 2022.
Be an owner of the property being appraised in a location listed in the table in Clause 1 under “Eligible Entrants”
Book an appraisal online via (SARAH Add URL) and by doing so provide full name, contact number, valid email address and postcode
Have a free physical appraisal of the property they own conducted by DiJones Property Manager and
‘Rental Appraisal’ is the valuation or an approximation of rental value by impartial, properly qualified persons.
‘Property owner’ is the person(s) that own the house or land that is appraised by a DiJones Property Manager
Entries Permitted:
An entry will be given to participants upon meeting the following criteria:
- Limit one (1) entry permitted following a free rental appraisal with a DiJones Property Manager for a property the entrant owns, 1 entry given per rental appraisal
- If multiple rental appraisals are conducted on the one property, only the first rental appraisal will receive an entry;
- Each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements.
- Property rental appraisals must be conducted in person or virtually between 9AM on 3 October 2022 and 15:00pm on 10 December 2022.
Prize Description
10 Prize Winners will be drawn and receive the following prize1 x $500 AUD Pre-loaded Visa or Mastercard card will be drawn each Wednesday

Prize Draw Details
The prize will be drawn via randomized computer-generated selection at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 each Wednesday morning at 10am commencing on 19 October 2022 until the final draw on 14 December 2022.
Winner Notification:
The winners will be notified by via phone (all entrants will have phone number recorded regardless of how they register for an appraisal) on the same day as the draw.
The winners’ details will be published at dijones.com.au/library (PAGE URL TO BE ADDED WHEN LIVE - Sarah) this will be on landing page not library as we have no one to house it? within 2 days of the weekly draw.
Unclaimed Prizes:
All prizes must be claimed within one week of the final draw, by 21 December 2022 at 9:59am AEST.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize will be redrawn at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089 on 21 December 2022 at 2:30 pm AEST.
The winners will be notified publicly (and their details published) winners will be published on dijones.com.au/library (SARAH UPDATE PAGE URL WHEN PAGE LIVE) within 2 days of the redraw.
Prizes will be available for collection at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089. Identification must be presented upon prize collection or if the winner requests it in writing the prize will be mailed to the prize winner by Express Post with parcel tracking.
Only one redraw will occur and if ant prize if not claimed by 31 January 2023 they will be voided, and no more claims can be made
Prizes
No part of the prize is redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Any other incidental expenses related to the prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If a prize is provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the third party prize supplier and the provision of the prize is the sole responsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the extent of any inconsistency.
Participating entrants agree to these Rules and the decisions of the Promoter, and release, defend and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Giveaway, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use or misuse of the prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Giveaway or use or redemption of the prize. The Promoter is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize.
The winner acknowledges the Promoter and all other businesses concerned with this Giveaway and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to the entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.
The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any claim, action or delay arising from this competition or any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
By participating in the Giveaway, you (i) agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
The Promoter reserves the right to permanently disqualify person it believes has intentionally violated these Rules and cancel the Giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Giveaway), and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

If DiJones can’t improve your rental return in the first year of property management, we will give you 6 months property management for free.
Normal letting and advertising fees will apply, management fees free only.
Eligible entrants:
This rental yield boost is offered to landlords who sign a new, minimum 2-year rental management agreement contract with DiJones between 3 October 2022 and 4 April 2023.
When will the Rental Yield Boost be offered?
After 12 months of DiJones exclusively managing your rental property, your DiJones Property Manager will provide an annual rental yield assessment. If the client has followed our written recommendations on how to improve their rental yield, but has not been able to increase the property’s annual rental yield over the 12 months management period, we will offer the landlord 6 months free property management. If the client has not followed our written recommendations on how to improve the property’s rental yield the rental yield boost will not be offered.
Rental Yield Boost
a) No part of the Rental yield boost is redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
Any other incidental expenses related to the rental yield boost not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the landlord.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the rental yield boost or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each landlord to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
Disputes
If there is any dispute to whom a rental yield boost should be offered, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of the rental yield boost recipient, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of recipient
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. In the event that there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
If there is any dispute to whom an entry for a property appraisal/bonus entry for a property listing is awarded or any other matter, the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions of Entry. If there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of NSW, Australia. By participating, entrants agree that all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Giveaway shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Privacy
Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter. Personal information will be stored on the Promoter's database.
The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically and this competition is governed by their privacy policy located here https://www.dijones.com.au/privacy
For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner's surname, initial and State/Territory or postcode of residence.
General
The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry and that entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule).
The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date ("Promotional Period"). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Records of the Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of Valid and eligible entries will be accepted during the Promotional Period
All appraisals are to be conducted in a physical or virtual manner. Some may be required to be completed virtually due to COVID -19 within the Promotion Period.
DiJones Real Estate reserves the right to request for further proof of ownership of the property prior to conducting the appraisal.
All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. By submitting an entry form, you will be taken to accept the terms and conditions of this competition.
All entrants indemnity and release DiJones Real Estate from any liability, cost, claim, damage, loss or expense arising out of, or in connection with, entry into this competition.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner for the prize may be required to sign a legal release as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, prior to receiving the prize.
Any rental yield boost or warranty given is in addition to any relevant statutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these Conditions of Entry restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to NSW State regulation without further notice to the entrants.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities where required.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
