I went into the process of selling the family home by having initial meetings with 3 prospective Realestate agents. Of the 3 evaluations, Danielle's was the lowest, and at the time, seemed the most reliable, which it turned out to be. I wanted an honest campaign and not to have to do anything significant to the house before going on the market which Danielle was comfortable to accommodate. The trade-off was, I had to present the property in a way Danielle wanted, which I did. Part of the honest campaign meant not covering up stuff or Photoshopping the advertising images. Danielle worked hard, including two or three phones calls on Sundays. She also constantly re-evaluated the campaign direction according to daily market updates. Danielle constantly kept me up to date along the way. The auction returned a better price than expected. In summary, the trick was to work closely with Danielle. Yes, I would definitely engage Danielle again as my representative realestate agent.
