Pamela is the Head of Investment Management for DiJones. With extensive experience of over 20 years in the field and in a Senior management role, Pamela is responsible for growth and innovation across the network, as well as fostering an environment to provide exceptional service to clients.

Her role running a large team of investment management specialists focuses on strategic planning and management, coaching and leadership and design and implementation of new initiatives across the group, to effect more efficient business operations, and improve revenue. This has included her
implementing initiatives such as; our concierge check in process for every property leased with us, where a team member meets the tenant on site to run through a property induction. Implementation of a ‘virtual’ administration department in the Philippines that services the entire business administration, vastly improving efficiency, the development of a suite of short term letting options facilitating higher returns for properties suitable to this option and our wealth creation team, who give advice to clients on ways to improve their returns over time through refinancing options, and reinvesting in refurbishments to add value to our clients investments.
