Nine listings in six weeks: DiJones Castle Hill agent makes rapid start

March 31, 2026

DiJones Castle Hill agent Dean Muriti has listed nine properties in less than six weeks since joining the business, marking one of the fastest starts seen within the DiJones network.

A 22-year industry veteran, Muriti joined DiJones earlier this year seeking an environment that would support his continued professional growth and provide a new strategic approach to bringing properties to market.

Since joining the Castle Hill office, Muriti has quickly embraced the DiJones sales model - including the use of its Perfect Match buyer platform, Exclusive Preview strategy, and the collaborative strength of the DiJones network.

His early momentum includes securing a standout prestige property listing in Glenhaven, further strengthening his presence across the Hills District market. DiJones Chief Operating Officer Brent May said Muriti’s early momentum highlights the impact experienced agents can achieve when supported by the right systems and collaboration.

“In my 34 years in the industry, Dean has had one of the fastest agent start-ups I’ve seen,” May said.

“What’s particularly impressive is how quickly he has embraced the DiJones approach - using tools like Perfect Match and Exclusive Preview to have stronger conversations with clients and create momentum before a property even reaches the open market.”

May said Muriti’s progress demonstrates how the DiJones strategy can help experienced agents accelerate their growth.

“Dean came to DiJones looking for a platform where he could continue to grow after more than two decades in the industry. What we’re seeing now is what happens when an experienced operator combines deep local knowledge with a clear strategy for connecting buyers and sellers.”

Muriti said the move to DiJones was driven by the opportunity to evolve his approach to selling and work within a highly collaborative network.

“After 22 years in the industry, I was looking for a business where I could continue to grow and approach the market differently,” Muriti said. “What stood out about DiJones was the strategy behind how properties are introduced to the market - from Exclusive Preview through to Perfect Match and the level of collaboration across the network.”

With strong early momentum and several listings already secured, Muriti said he is focused on continuing to build his presence across the Hills District.

“It’s been a strong start, and it’s exciting to see how quickly the DiJones strategy resonates with clients when you’re sitting across from them in the living room.” Muriti’s early success reflects the continued strength of the DiJones network and its focus on supporting experienced agents with a distinctive approach to the market.
