Piers’s start in the industry came when he was 25 and randomly seated next to a real estate agent at a friend’s wedding. “We got on like a house on fire, and he told me that I’d make a great agent,” says Piers, “the rest is history.”

Donovan’s keen interest in property prompted his savvy wife to suggest a career move from recruitment to real estate. “Actually, she was sick of me taking her around to open homes for fun,” he laughs. “She figured that seeing I loved it so much, I should do it as a job.”  

Introduced by a mutual friend, Piers and Donovan quickly found they were well-aligned and forged a strong professional alliance that has proven so much greater than the sum of its parts.
