DiJones has ramped up the capabilities of its investment management division with the appointment of Benjamin Goben, as Head of Growth.
“Investment management is a vital component of a successful real estate business and Ben will play a key role in ensuring that we achieve consistent growth and profitability for our large portfolio of properties, whilst retaining a keen focus on the needs of our clients,” DiJones CEO Dean Mackie said.
“Ben’s 25-year career in the real estate profession, most recently as CEO of Chadwick Real Estate, provides us with an incredible amount of experience and resource.
“In his role as head of growth Ben will be working collaboratively with the DiJones Head of Investment Management, Pamela Styling who will continue to drive strategy within the existing portfolio.
“Together, it’s unlikely that there would be a more experienced and capable team in the investment management space to innovate and ultimately provide DiJones’s current and future clients with service that will evolve with their changing needs, while also mentor the best people to handle the management of DiJones and our clients asset portfolio.
“Their dual function will provide great agility and enable DiJones Investment Management to evolve to the changing property landscape and needs of the business and consumers.”
Mr Mackie added that Ben will also work with newly appointed head of sales innovation Darryn McRae to identify and recruit both established and emerging talent to the DiJones sales team across the entire network.
