Having sold 21 units in Macquarie Green, North Ryde, DiJones Northern Suburbs sales agent Ali Pericak is offering her next client a free marketing campaign to celebrate her success within the complex.

“I’ve worked with first home buyers, downsizers as well as investors to help them secure an apartment in Macquarie Green by TOGA and now it’s time to celebrate by giving someone a complimentary marketing campaign,” Ali Pericak told The Real Estate Conversation.

“My 21st sale was meant to go under the hammer in August but like 90 per cent of my sales within Macquarie Green it has sold prior to auction.”

Ali attributes her success in the complex to her strong connection to the community and her work across not only apartments but with home sales in the area.

“I’m not just a specialist in apartment sales, I work all across North Ryde, Lane Cove and the surrounding area and understand the needs of clients in this community. Macquarie Green is particularly appealing due to low-rise offering and central location.

“In recent years North Ryde has become particularly attractive and we have seen a period of gentrification. It has become a hot spot due to its convenient transport, shops and quality schools. Macquarie Green in particular is in a blue-ribbon pocket, surrounded by large established homes and green space.

Ali has set a number of records across the Macquarie Green complex since its completion in 2017 and her number of days on market currently sits at around 20.

“There are lots of one bedders which start at around $600,000 and they go to first home buyers while the apartment record is $1.35 million which was a three bedroom apartment which sold to a downsizer.

“My success can also be attributed to the access that I have to the DiJones centralised database, my auction strategy that creates urgency and the fact that I provide my clients who have apartments with the same service as clients with large homes.”
