DiJones builds momentum in the Southern Highlands with Hayley Sneddon joining the network
DiJones has strengthened its Southern Highlands team with the addition of experienced real estate professional Hayley Sneddon, as the group continues to expand its presence across NSW’s most sought-after lifestyle markets.
Hayley joins the DiJones Bowral office during a period of sustained growth for the business, as demand across the Southern Highlands remains closely linked to the Sydney buyer market and lifestyle migration continues to reshape the region.
With strong personal ties to the area, Hayley brings a deep understanding of the local market and a reputation for calm, considered guidance. Having grown up in the Southern Highlands and remaining closely connected to communities including Bowral, Mittagong and Renwick, she is known for her people-first approach and ability to support clients through complex or emotionally driven property decisions.
“Real estate is rarely just a transaction,” said Ms Sneddon. “For most people, it’s a major life decision. My focus is on providing clarity, honest advice and reassurance, so clients feel confident and supported from start to finish.”
DiJones Chief Executive Officer Dean Mackie said Hayley’s move reflects the calibre of professionals being drawn to the brand as it continues to invest in its people and markets.
“As we grow, our focus is on depth, not just scale,” Mr Mackie said. “Hayley brings strong local knowledge, integrity and a genuine commitment to her clients, qualities that align closely with how we operate at DiJones.”
He added that the Southern Highlands remains a strategic priority for the business, supported by consistent buyer demand and the region’s connectivity to metropolitan Sydney.
“Our expansion is intentional,” Mr Mackie said. “We are building teams that are well supported, values-driven and positioned for long-term success.”
Hayley said joining DiJones was driven by alignment with the brand’s reputation, standards and approach.
“DiJones’ reputation, professionalism and consistently high standards are well known across the Southern Highlands,” Ms Sneddon said. “I wanted to be part of a business that is established, successful and genuinely supportive - one that aligns with my own values and the way I approach my community and my clients’ property needs.”
Her addition continues DiJones’ broader growth strategy and reinforces the group’s commitment to attracting high-performing professionals as it expands across key lifestyle and prestige markets.
