From Briefcase to Brand-New SUV: DiJones Auctoberfest Delivers High-Performance Finale
What began with five locked aluminium briefcases at the DiJones Christmas celebration ended in a standing ovation - and a brand-new SUV.
At the recent DiJones Awards Night, Cam and Kira Clayton from the Terrigal office were revealed as the winners of the network’s annual Auctoberfest major prize, unlocking the golden briefcase and driving away in a brand-new SUV in front of their peers.
The five finalist teams each held a key, earned through their performance during the Auctoberfest campaign. On the night, one key unlocked the golden briefcase - and Cam and Kira’s was the one.
Performance That Builds the Prize
Auctoberfest runs annually across the DiJones network, designed to energise both Sales and Investment Management teams during the critical spring selling season.
The mechanics are simple but powerful: $1 is allocated for every call made during the campaign period - collectively building the value of the major prize.
It’s a direct link between daily discipline and tangible reward.
In addition to the headline vehicle giveaway, the campaign also recognises high-performing Business Development Managers and Investment Management teams with significant cash prizes - presented on stage as large cheques at the Awards Night.
This dual structure ensures both individual excellence and team contribution are rewarded, reinforcing a culture of activity, accountability and momentum.
DiJones COO Brent May said the campaign is intentionally designed to drive both energy and results.
“Auctoberfest isn’t just about the spectacle of giving away a car, it’s about reinforcing the behaviours that create performance,” May said.
“Every call made contributes to the collective prize pool. That’s powerful. It creates ownership, accountability and a healthy competitive spirit across the network. Cam and Kira’s win is a fantastic example of what consistent activity can deliver.”
Healthy Competition, Real Results
Auctoberfest has become a hallmark of DiJones culture - combining theatre, performance and reward to kickstart the most important season in real estate.
With five finalist teams building suspense across two major network events, the campaign once again captured the competitive spirit that defines DiJones.
Cam and Kira’s win recognises not only their outstanding performance, but the broader commitment of the network to raising the bar each year.
Because at DiJones, performance isn’t accidental - it’s built daily.
