Strongest Quarter on Record Secures Office of the Year for Lindfield

February 22, 2026

Just five months after stepping into partnership as a DiJones Licensee, Daniel Blagg and the Lindfield team have been named DiJones Office of the Year for 2025, following their strongest quarter on record.

The award recognises not only sustained market leadership across Sydney’s North Shore, but a standout performance period that saw the team transact 45 properties totalling more than $130 million in sales, marking the highest quarterly result in the office’s history.

Since formalising the partnership with DiJones, Blagg has focused on scaling performance, strengthening team capability, and building a future-focused business model, combining high-level strategy with disciplined execution.

“The past five months have been about momentum,” said Daniel Blagg. “Stepping into partnership allowed us to sharpen our focus - on growth, performance, and building a business that can scale sustainably. Winning Office of the Year is incredibly rewarding, but what excites me most is that we’re just getting started.”

Blagg, who has surpassed $1 billion in career sales, has long been regarded as one of the North Shore’s most consistent performers. Under his leadership, the Lindfield office continues to dominate market share across key suburbs including Lindfield, Roseville, Killara and Gordon.

DiJones CEO, Dean Mackie said the recognition reflects both performance and leadership.

“Daniel’s transition to Licensee has been seamless and strategic,” said Dean. “In a short period of time, he has not only elevated results but strengthened culture, accountability, and ambition within the team. This award is a testament to what’s possible when high performance is matched with the right platform and support.”

The office’s record quarter was driven by a combination of premium campaign execution, data-led decision making, and deep community relationships - reinforcing DiJones’ position as one of Australia’s most progressive and agent-centric networks.

With continued growth underway, Blagg confirmed the team will be expanding.

“We’re actively looking to bring on ambitious sales agents and investment management professionals who want to be part of a high-performing, collaborative environment,” he said. “If you’re serious about growth and want to align with a business that’s building for the long term, we’d love to have a conversation.”

As DiJones continues to strengthen its licensee network across NSW, the rapid success of the Lindfield partnership highlights the effectiveness of its growth model - empowering proven performers to scale their businesses while maintaining a strong local presence and culture.
