In line with its mission to create a future-focused real estate model, DiJones has appointed Jamie Trad to spearhead the brand’s licensing model and expansion strategy.

DiJones Chief Operating Officer Brent May said the appointment of Jamie Trad signals a major investment in the brand’s licensing model and future growth.

“Jamie brings an unrivalled level of experience in leadership, growth strategy, and business development across Fortune 500 companies, media brands and startups, with a focus on strategy, people, and performance,” Mr May said.

“Coming from outside real estate, Jamie brings a fresh yet grounded perspective to business growth and transformation.

In his role as Head of Licensing at DiJones, Jamie’s focus is on licensing development and network expansion. His aim is to attract high-performing agents and business owners who align with our values of quality, transparency, and progress.”

Jamie Trad said he is committed to positioning DiJones as the most desirable real estate business to partner with in Australia.

“Over the next 12 months, you’ll see DiJones expand into strategic, high-performing territories with the right people at the helm,” he said.

“We’re scaling with purpose. Every new licensee is selected based on cultural alignment, leadership, potential and a shared vision for growth.

DiJones isn’t chasing volume. We’re committed to quality, long-term partnerships, and empowering our network with the tools and technology to succeed. It’s exciting to be part of a brand that’s redefining the standard in real estate.
